How do you write smut?

I've noticed in the last 6 months or so that I have a harder time writing smut. When I first began writing again, about 2 years ago, it was pretty much all PWP. It took a lot of effort to get plot. Now it's completely reversed.
Although I found it easier when it was first thing in the morning and I was in the subway on my way to work :)
How do you get into the mood to write pr0n?
