Last night after dinner, a coworker and I hit the shops of Niagara Falls. I'm in love with the Hershey store! We then went to Casino Niagara, where our bartender was trying to impress us with his Tom Cruise like 'Cocktail' moves :) He was actually pretty good at throwing around bottles, glasses and shakers, and was much hotter than Tom Cruise ever was.
After a few martinis, we played the quarter and nickel slots. One of these days I'm going to get the courage to play blackjack in front of other people, and not just with a computer. We burned through our $20.00 pretty quickly (I know - we're big spenders *is there a sarcasm indicator?*), and afterwards we went for a walk. There's all sorts of bright neon lights, and tons of touristy stuff to do - haunted houses, a wax museum, mini-golf...
I'm finding this place too loud. My SO thought that was weird, since I didn't find NY loud, and I live in a big city (working downtown). But it seems like everywhere there's blaring loud music, tons of muscle cars, and flashing lights. Or maybe the hotel conference lobby music is really starting to get to me. There's only so much Julio Iglesias I can handle.
