This journal is primarily for fandom and for posting my fanfiction and occasionally original fiction. It will also sometimes have personal entries and thoughts, but I rarely f-lock anything. My primary fandom is the world of Harry Potter, mostly slash, but with het and gen too. I also dabble in the BTVS/ATS universe (Spike/Xander), with the occasional misc verse thrown in.

You'll find all ratings of fics and drabbles in this journal, which means that there will be plotty fics with smut, smutty fics with no plot, 100% smut-free gen stories, and everything in between. Each story and drabble will always be labelled to include rating (G-NC17), characters and pairings, and warnings/squicks/kinks. I probably tend to over-label, but this way you get to decide what to read and what not to read.


I've been in fandom since about 2005, but rediscovered my love of writing short stories in 2004. When I was younger, I was always writing, but by the time I finished high school and went to university, my muse went away, taking my imagination and my dreams with her.

It took me about five or six years to get back to being me, and I’m happier now than I’ve ever been. I have a nice home, a job that excites me, a husband who loves to tease me that I write slash-fic, and two adorable jack russell terrors.

My involvement in HP fandom has changed over the years, but I'll be around one way or another for a while.
