So, I'm doing much better than in previous weeks. I try to avoid posting when I'm all PMS-y because I get far too emo (even for my own taste), but I forgot to take my 5-HTP, and throw in a few health issues and family issues and work issues, all conspired to make me a bit crazy.

Anyway, I finally bought myself a Digital Notepad! I've talked about it before, and I have to say it was the best $130.00 CAD I've ever spent. I wrote about 700 words last night at a cafe while waiting to meet a friend after work, and posted all of it this morning. I no longer feel the stress of 'how am I ever going to finish a story if I can't transfer it from paper to the computer' and feel quite elated at the prospect of writing regularly again. The handwriting recognition software that we got, MyScript, is amazing and recognized my writing even before the training sessions. It also was able to read my SO's tiny unreadable chicken-scratch.
